Synopsis: Three kids encounter an abandoned well in their town. With knowledge of a child's disappearance in the well fifty years ago, the curiosity of these three kids will take them on a journey through the well to a land known as Hoiku. Here they will meet new friends, new enemies and a creature named Tooley who brings them to the child that has been lost for so many years. The main character Tim Terman, Tim's friend Charlie Chang, and Rosie Adams all play kids in the sixth grade ready to face their destiny in this new land. The story revolves around Tim who learns throughout the story that his ancestors have been the protectors of the gates that bring Hoiku and his world together. However, the evil King of Hoiku, Ganzy has a plan to unite these two worlds in war. It is now up to Tim and his friends to stop Ganzy before these two worlds collide.
