Priscilla is exhausted from breast feeding and decides to feed her baby a can of Enfamil milk formula which was soon discovered to have been recalled by the FDA because of an ingredient that caused anatomical reactions if given to babies. The ingredient intensifies her baby's rare genes. After years of bizarre behavior, Frazier's antics are now dangerously out of control.
