Synopsis: The script centers around two life long teenage friends, Noah and Dirk. Dirk has always been a bully toward the weaker Noah, who has spent half his life in mental institutions. Tom inform them it about the same time when the basement floor was poured. Her mother and Amanda are entombed in concrete and waiting to get out. The Tale of the Gray Man resurrects each and every year towards the end of summer, as Hurricanes begin to develop in the Atlantic Ocean. Many people have witnessed a "Man" dressed in outdated Gray rain gear during pending hurricanes. Doug Mccallister is a non-believer, and after experiencing mother-natures wrath of destruction, he comes to believe he saw something on that dark frightful night. Sandy Fletcher, a young local weatherman, is new to the area, and explores The Legend Of The Gray Man and seeks answers and finds what he is looking for.
